Cancellation Policy

Acknowledgment of Risk I understand that participation in the workout classes hosted by Tap That Vending and/or Epic Gym involves physical activity that may include strength, endurance, flexibility, and high-intensity movements. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or other complications. Voluntary Participation I confirm that my participation in these classes is voluntary, and I assume full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being during the event. Release of Liability In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Tap That Vending, Epic Gym, their owners, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Medical Clearance I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating. I agree to notify instructors of any relevant medical conditions and to stop exercising if I feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Photo/Video Release I grant permission for Tap That Vending and Epic Gym to use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. Acknowledgment By signing up or registering for this class, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
